Shimla Red Apple

The iconic Shimla Red Apple is synonymous with quality fruit farming in India. Grown in the pristine mountain orchards above 1500 metres elevation in Shimla district, these apples develop a deep crimson hue and a bold, tangy-sweet flavour profile unlike any commercially grown variety. The cold nights and warm days of the Himalayan growing season create the perfect conditions for superior apple development, resulting in dense, crisp flesh with excellent keeping quality.
