Amul Fresh Paneer is made from pasteurised full-cream cow milk, coagulated with food-grade citric acid to produce a firm yet soft paneer with a mild, milky flavour that absorbs spices and marinades beautifully. Vacuum-packed to extend freshness without preservatives, Amul Paneer maintains its texture and whiteness for up to 7 days refrigerated. It is the most versatile dairy protein for Indian cooking — use it in palak paneer, paneer butter masala, paneer tikka, shahi paneer, or simply marinate and grill. Paneer is an excellent protein source for vegetarians, providing approximately 18g protein per 100g. Rich in calcium, phosphorus, and fat-soluble vitamins. Soak in warm water for 5 minutes before cooking to restore softness if refrigerated. Made without animal rennet.
