Amul Butter is the most recognisable dairy brand in India, an icon of Indian breakfast tables since 1955. Made from fresh pasteurised cream sourced from cooperative dairy farmers across Gujarat, Amul Butter has a characteristic rich, creamy flavour and deep yellow colour from natural beta-carotene. The salt adds a balanced savouriness that enhances the butter's natural creaminess. Use it for spreading on toast, rotis, and parathas; finishing sauces and gravies; sautéing vegetables; and baking cookies, cakes, and biscuits. Contains 80% minimum milk fat as per FSSAI standards. Store refrigerated at 4°C or below. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. The foil wrap maintains freshness and prevents odour absorption.
